Hotel Parking Policy

The Pier Hotel provides parking to our guests for a nominal fee of $6 per night. This fee is much lower than the average downtown parking fee of $15-$20 that the other downtown hotels charge. Parking is subject to availability, as we contract out to a parking lot next door. Guests will receive a parking pass upon check-in providing them with parking in the lot next door, with the freedom to come-and-go all day as you like.

The Pier Hotel is not liable for any damages to or theft of your vehicle or any contents therein.

The lot next door is an open lot and does not have 24 hour security. However, we have encountered very few, if any, problems there. There are other covered, gated and secure parking garages in the immediate vicinity of the hotel available. (These garages are unaffiliated with the hotel, and additional charges may apply.)
